AXXERON HESCH elec­tron­ics GmbH is a medium-sized com­pany based in Neustadt am Rüben­berge near Hanover. HESCH was founded in 1976 by Wal­ter Schröder, who has devel­oped the com­pany over 45 years into an inno­v­a­tive and future-ori­ented enter­prise. In 2020, the com­pany changed and HESCH now belongs to the man­age­ment hold­ing AXXERON Tech­nolo­gies GmbH.

Devel­op­ment + Growth + Prof­itabil­ity

We sup­port our cus­tomers in solv­ing mea­sure­ment, con­trol and reg­u­la­tion tasks with inno­v­a­tive prod­ucts (MSR tech­nol­ogy). Together with our part­ners we set stan­dards in the areas of tech­nol­ogy, qual­ity and ser­vice. We main­tain a trust­ing and reli­able coop­er­a­tion with our busi­ness part­ners. Our goal is the con­tin­u­ous devel­op­ment of growth and prof­itabil­ity for the ben­e­fit of our cus­tomers.

Our employ­ees are char­ac­ter­ized by a high degree of respon­si­bil­ity, self-dis­ci­pline and loy­alty. Many of them have been employed by the com­pany for decades and all of them con­tribute to the suc­cess of the com­pany every day with their moti­va­tion and great dili­gence.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Qual­ity man­age­ment has been stan­dard at HESCH since 1995. Since then we have been suc­cess­fully cer­ti­fied accord­ing to the stan­dard DIN-Norm EN ISO 9001:2015. Through stan­dard­ized work processes and the respon­si­ble han­dling of machines and mate­ri­als, we ensure the con­tin­u­ous improve­ment of processes as well as high prod­uct qual­ity.
