The HE 5413 enables the mea­sure­ment of three dif­fer­en­tial pres­sures simul­ta­ne­ously

Up to three mea­sur­ing chan­nels with freely selec­table mea­sur­ing ranges in a sin­gle hous­ing: this is what the new HE 5413 mul­ti­ple dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure trans­mit­ter offers. The com­pact device from AXXERON HESCH elec­tron­ics saves users from hav­ing to use sev­eral indi­vid­ual trans­mit­ters. This reduces both the instal­la­tion effort and the costs.

All set­tings on the HE 5413 are con­ve­niently made using the “Easy­Tool Con­trols 4.0” soft­ware from AXXERON HESCH elec­tron­ics. Typ­i­cal areas of appli­ca­tion for the mul­ti­ple dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure trans­mit­ter are fil­ter and dust extrac­tion tech­nol­ogy, ven­ti­la­tion and build­ing tech­nol­ogy, valve and flap con­trols, clean room and lab­o­ra­tory tech­nol­ogy as well as extrac­tion sys­tems and sup­ply air mon­i­tor­ing sys­tems of all kinds. In these appli­ca­tions, the pres­sure upstream and down­stream of fil­ter ele­ments or the extrac­tion pres­sure against the envi­ron­ment is mea­sured. In this way, a state­ment can be made about the degree of con­t­a­m­i­na­tion of the fil­ter or the per­for­mance of the extrac­tion fan can be con­trolled.

The mul­ti­ple mea­sur­ing trans­ducer is also ideal for mon­i­tor­ing fil­ter sys­tems with three fil­ter stages, such as fab­ric fil­ters, police fil­ters and car­bon fil­ters. The device can be designed for sup­ply net­works with 19…30 V DC or for net­works with 100…240 V AC.

The mod­ules of the HE 5413 mul­ti­ple dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure trans­mit­ter are each equipped with an ana­log stan­dard sig­nal cur­rent out­put (4…20 mA) and a volt­age out­put (0…10 V). Depend­ing on the selected mod­ule, dif­fer­ent mea­sur­ing ranges from ±2.5 mbar to ±1000 mbar can be para­me­ter­ized. Thanks to the mod­u­lar con­cept of the HE 5413, users also have the option of choos­ing a con­fig­u­ra­tion with two instead of three mea­sur­ing chan­nels. This allows you to adapt the dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure trans­mit­ter opti­mally to your require­ments.

The mea­sur­ing hoses are con­nected via a plug-in hose con­nec­tion for hose diam­e­ters of 6 mm. A reducer for 4 mm hoses is avail­able as an acces­sory. The con­nec­tion between the HE 5413 and the Easy­Tool soft­ware is estab­lished by the HIMOD inter­face adapter with gal­vanic iso­la­tion. For use in harsh indus­trial envi­ron­ments – such as com­bus­tion tech­nol­ogy – AXXERON HESCH elec­tron­ics also sup­plies the HE 5413 in a die-cast alu­minum hous­ing.
