New multiple differential pressure transmitter saves costs
The HE 5413 enables the measurement of three differential pressures simultaneously
Up to three measuring channels with freely selectable measuring ranges in a single housing: this is what the new HE 5413 multiple differential pressure transmitter offers. The compact device from AXXERON HESCH electronics saves users from having to use several individual transmitters. This reduces both the installation effort and the costs.
All settings on the HE 5413 are conveniently made using the “EasyTool Controls 4.0” software from AXXERON HESCH electronics. Typical areas of application for the multiple differential pressure transmitter are filter and dust extraction technology, ventilation and building technology, valve and flap controls, clean room and laboratory technology as well as extraction systems and supply air monitoring systems of all kinds. In these applications, the pressure upstream and downstream of filter elements or the extraction pressure against the environment is measured. In this way, a statement can be made about the degree of contamination of the filter or the performance of the extraction fan can be controlled.
The multiple measuring transducer is also ideal for monitoring filter systems with three filter stages, such as fabric filters, police filters and carbon filters. The device can be designed for supply networks with 19…30 V DC or for networks with 100…240 V AC.
The modules of the HE 5413 multiple differential pressure transmitter are each equipped with an analog standard signal current output (4…20 mA) and a voltage output (0…10 V). Depending on the selected module, different measuring ranges from ±2.5 mbar to ±1000 mbar can be parameterized. Thanks to the modular concept of the HE 5413, users also have the option of choosing a configuration with two instead of three measuring channels. This allows you to adapt the differential pressure transmitter optimally to your requirements.
The measuring hoses are connected via a plug-in hose connection for hose diameters of 6 mm. A reducer for 4 mm hoses is available as an accessory. The connection between the HE 5413 and the EasyTool software is established by the HIMOD interface adapter with galvanic isolation. For use in harsh industrial environments – such as combustion technology – AXXERON HESCH electronics also supplies the HE 5413 in a die-cast aluminum housing.
