PMA KS52-1 Universal controller
The PMA KS52-1 universal controller is ideal for precise and cost-effective control tasks in all areas of industry. You can choose between simple on/off control, PID control and motor step control. The actual value signal is connected via a universal input and a second analog input is used for heating current measurement or as an external setpoint input.
Each PMA KS52-1 controller has at least 3 process outputs – either 3 relays or 2 relays and a universal output that can be configured to control solid state relays, as a continuous output with current or voltage or as a transmitter supply. Two further freely usable optocoupler outputs can be selected as an option.
The selectable “start-up circuit” function increases the service life of high-performance electrical heating elements (e.g. for hot runner molds).

Operation and display of the PMA KS52-1
The 10 LEDs on the front reliably indicate the operating status, operating mode and error messages. The automatic/manual button is used to switch the controller to manual mode. This can also be locked or the button can be used to reset saved alarms, for example. The flexible function button means that an external switch can be dispensed with in many cases.

Settings can be made via the front panel as well as via the Blue-Port® front interface and the BlueControl® software.
