It can be used to cover dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure ranges from ± 2.5 to ± 1000 mbar, with a basic accu­racy of ± 1% of the final value.

The clean­ing range of the com­pact con­troller is defined by a lower and an upper thresh­old. The HE 5422 HD dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure reg­u­la­tor can be used world­wide thanks to the wide-range power sup­ply unit for 100 – 240 V AC and 24 V DC.
The robust die-cast alu­minum hous­ing (IP65) allows quick instal­la­tion and com­mis­sion­ing with an eas­ily acces­si­ble con­nec­tion area. The con­troller can be con­fig­ured on site at the device or via ser­vice PC using the USB/TTL adapter HE 5851 (option) and the soft­ware “Easy­Tool Con­trols”. Thanks to uni­form and self-explana­tory icons, the HE 5422 HD can be oper­ated intu­itively and fits seam­lessly into the mod­ern HESCH prod­uct line.
