Valve con­trol – HE 5721

The HE 5721 valve con­troller unit is used to pulse sole­noid valves in indus­trial dedust­ing tech­nol­ogy.
The con­trol unit imple­ments numer­ous con­trol and mon­i­tor­ing func­tions and can option­ally be equipped with dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure mea­sure­ment and con­trol. Clean­ing is time-con­trolled or dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure-depen­dent (with optional dp con­troller) with switch­ing thresh­olds or pause time con­trol. The 12 valves are mon­i­tored for over­cur­rent (short cir­cuit) and inter­rup­tion. With an exten­sion unit, up to 24 valves can be con­trolled and mechan­i­cal valve func­tion mon­i­tor­ing with a pres­sure switch is avail­able as an option.

The HE 5721 valve con­trol unit is suit­able for use in explo­sion zone 22. For safe con­nec­tion, we rec­om­mend the ATEX con­nec­tion set # 57210088 incl. Mul­ti­ple den­sity inserts.

The time set­tings of the poten­tiome­ters have a log­a­rith­mic divi­sion

• Pulse time: 0.02 … 1.2 s
• Pause time: 1 … 270 s
• Num­ber of valves: 1 … 12 valves (can be extended to 1 … 24 valves)
• Post-clean­ing cycles: 0 … 12
• Post-clean­ing start: 0 … 100% of the mea­sur­ing range end value of the dif­fer­en­tial pres­sure mea­sure­ment
